These Terms govern your access to and purchase of The 1% Man digital guides and your use of youdontpretend.com. By visiting the site or buying a guide, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

The 1% Man is a set of downloadable PDF guides for personal, non-commercial use. The main guide includes seven daily lessons, reflection prompts, and a 30-day plan. The product is digital; no physical item is shipped. We may update the PDFs, fix typos, or improve the layout from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The guides are written for adult men, but any adult who finds the material useful may buy them. The site is not directed to children.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

The price shown on the site is $19 USD for one guide, $39 USD for the three-guide bundle, and $49 USD for the four-guide bundle, unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. Prices are one-time payments in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing location.

Creem acts as the merchant of record. Creem is the contractual reseller, collects payment, issues the invoice, and handles applicable sales taxes. Your payment is subject to Creem’s buyer terms and checkout terms. You will see “Creem” on your statement. We do not receive or store your full card details.

4. Delivery and access

After a successful payment, Creem sends a receipt and a secure download link to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is normally instant, but email filters can occasionally delay it. If you do not receive your link, email support@youdontpretend.com with the address used at checkout.

5. License and permitted use

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, and use the PDFs for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print one copy for your own use.

You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload, or use the content to create a competing product without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy. Email support@youdontpretend.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email or order ID. Refunds are processed through Creem. See our Refund Policy. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights available to you.

7. Educational disclaimer

The guides are educational content. They are not therapy, psychological treatment, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. They do not diagnose, cure, or guarantee any relationship outcome. You are responsible for the decisions you make. Results vary.

If you are in crisis, experiencing abuse, or need clinical support, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional. Do not delay seeking help because of something you read in these guides.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The 1% Man will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or the guides. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
