This policy explains how The 1% Man collects, uses, and protects information when you visit youdontpretend.com or buy a guide. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising profiles.

Order details. Creem, our merchant of record, collects your name, email, billing details, and payment information. Creem shares the order details needed to deliver your purchase, such as your name, email, product, order ID, and country. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Support messages. If you email us, we receive your address, name (if you include it), and the content of your message.
Server logs. Our hosting provider may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamps for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies. The site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The Creem checkout is hosted by Creem and may use cookies under Creem’s own policy.

3. How we use information

We use information to fulfil orders, provide support, process refunds, keep the site secure, comply with tax and legal obligations, and improve the guides based on aggregated feedback.
